Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and Hermes, a private automation client operated by the site owner on his own computer.
In one line: Hermes is a personal, single-user tool. It is not offered as a service to anyone else, it comes with no warranty, and it is used only by its operator on his own data.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between Irvin Goh, an individual in Singapore ("the operator"), and you ("you"), a visitor to this website. Hermes has one user, the operator. There is no registration and no other accounts are offered.
2. Use of this website
- The site is a personal portfolio, published for information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, its hosting, or any connected account.
- Content on the site belongs to the operator. You may read, quote and link to it; please attribute it.
3. Hermes
- Hermes runs locally on the operator's computer and acts only on the operator's own Google Account.
- It is provided for personal use and is not sold, licensed or made available to third parties.
- Automated output can be wrong. It is reviewed by the operator before anything is sent or published.
4. No warranty, and limits of liability
- This website and Hermes are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Third-party services
Hermes connects to Google services under the operator's own account, and may use a third-party AI model provider to process content on the operator's behalf. Those services are governed by their own terms. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
6. Changes, and the law that applies
- These terms are published on this page, and any change appears here with a new date.
- They are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
